The Federal InsiderPowered by FEBCLast updated October 2, 2026
This explains what The Federal Insider, from Federal Employee Benefit Coordinators (FEBC), collects about you and what we do with it. The short version: we use your information to run your membership, and we never sell it.
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by our checkout provider.
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run the program for us:
We may also share information when the law requires it.
Community posts and replies show your first name and last initial to other members. Questions you send for the live Q&A are seen by Elizabeth and our team.
The app uses a cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The YouTube and Bunny video players may use their own cookies when you play a video.
We keep your information while you're a member and for a reasonable time afterward, for our records and in case you come back. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will, except for anything the law requires us to keep.
The app uses secure connections, and only our team can see member information, and only what they need to help you. No system is perfect, so if we ever learn of a problem that affects your information, we'll tell you.
The Federal Insider is for adults. It isn't meant for anyone under 18.
We'll post any changes on this page and tell you about important ones by email or in the app.
